As Founder & Director of the Microcool Group, Mr. Rajendra Jadhav drives and implements the vision and the strategy of the organization.

Mr. Rajendra has more than 35 years of experience in providing HVAC solutions to clients. After gaining extensive experience working with technical customers across the country, he has been awarded with Indira Gandhi Award for his efforts and recognisable growth as a businessman. Also, he has been interviewed for The Silicon Magazine for providing high quality Cleanroom solutions to many industries. He is a symbol of simplicity, honesty and hard work for today’s society.

Being the front runner in providing sustainable solutions to Food, Automobile and Engineering customers, he is passionate about achieving greater diversity on all areas across the business and the broader industrial environment.
